Aloha III

We really had fun with the pools at the resort and the beach right in our backyard!
Scott is their human surfboard.

Beachin it and watching snorkelers!
Cade took a few naps on lawn chairs...so tired...even without a pass!
Our walk this night with a pretty sunset...and clouds over Molokai...and HULA Pie at Duke's!

Duke's didn't have a table, but a high top in the bar area...which was awesome for sharing a few Hula pies...closeness...and the live guitar man was closeby, as was the palm trees and lit tiki torches!  It was a perfect night!
Cade kept kissing my cheeks!

Doing the hula!
Sean watching
Pictures of Snorkelers! The reef was perfect right there ...the sand dropped of rather quickly and the reef started just a few yards from the edge of the water.  We saw so many tropical fish and even Sea turtles right there!
Here is Scott pointing to his very first Sea Turtle sighting, little did we know we'd see three more!  This isn't even really zoomed in much!  I could see him from standing on the sand...in fact that's how he was discovered and everyone on the shore  ran to see...and I yelled for Scott to grab his mask!  It was a flurry of excitement!
The water was so warm and so calm...Cade loved it!  Not hard to get in past the waves.
Finally Ryan and Sean started enjoying some body surfing and boogie boarding!  Learning in the warm inviting ocean was perfect!

There was also this awesome water slide at the resort!  And a perfect hot tub just behind me...where we ended up watching the big boys go around and around on this fun slide!

Back at the pirate ship, the little boy heaven they created some fun too!
That evening Scott and I got to go out to a fancy dinner for his Birthday which was the day before we left for Hawaii (and filled with Baseball All Star Tryouts and Closing Ceremonies...and announcement of All Star teams...which our entire team was overlooked...a few of which were just wrong - having led their team to winning the regular season with a score of 14-2-1- Hello!)!  So this was so nice to celebrate his birthday again!  We went to the Kapalua Plantation Golf Course Plantation House Restaurant.  It was fantastic!  We got the best table in the house too!  Overlooking the golf course AND the ocean! After taking a few pictures of Scott here, we switched spots so he could see more of the golf course:)

The restaurant was gorgeous!

What an amazing evening!  Thanks for the Birthday present and babysitting Bob and Karen! So awesome to have an evening together in Hawaii!
