Christmasy things!

I'm a little obsessed!  I'm loving the holiday SUBWAY ART ideas...and can't stop making them!
Here are a few different options...I'm not sure if they will save big enough to print on a regular paper...but if it does, they fit into an 8*10 opening great!  If you want one, you can save from here or comment and ask for an email copy...I'm loving it, maybe someone else will too:)

This first one is my favorite...I think.

And discovered a new fun place to see Christmas lights!  HUGE loop of homes who participate.

There was a Beatles Tribute ...
Calvin and Hobbs tribute...
Santa and his reindeer of course!
Lots of Disney!!!
Cousin Eddy from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation!
A house set to music...and their across the street neighbor did this!
The boys and I made Shrinky-dink Ornaments...they traced onto the special paper and colored!  I love how they turned out!  I especially love Kyle's non traditional multi-colored helmets!
I made a toole wreath...with a glitter M...which I really love, but doesn't photograph so well.  It's reminiscent of The Nutcracker and snow and angels, each in different ways.

And for our teachers, I modge podged this little sign onto a clipboard....
A few more projects to go!
Merry Christmas Everyone!
Wishing you a very Merry and Bright Christmas!

Home field advantage

We love Grandpas!  When Grandpa Motley visited the Watson's over Thanksgiving he made a football field in their HUGE backyard!  They had so much fun, he decided to make one for us too!
Yay!  The boys had so much fun making and playing!

Seriously cool! Love these guys!
Totally Awesome!  Thanks Grandpa!

Our THREE year old gets mad sometimes when he doesn't get to make a touchdown.
So much fun!

Christmafied!

I really love Christmas~time!
We didn't waste a moment...
We got flew home from Kansas on an early Saturday morning flight...leaving KC at 6:30 am...meaning we had to be there around 5...meaning we had to leave Ft. Scott around 3am...and we'd stayed up late {of course} visiting with family the night before...it was our last night!  But we did try to go to sleep...then we flew to San Francisco...yes...and drove 2.5 hrs directly to Indian Rock Tree Farm to cut our Christmas Tree!
Crazies...yes.  Worth it - yes!

We decked the halls!
{Ryan and Sean had a disagreement yesterday over whether the correct way to sing the song is,
"Deck the Halls"
or
"Deck the Hall"
Ryan insists his music teacher told them to sing it in the singular form,
whilst everyone on the planet sings the plural version.
Convincing these boys that isn't worth the discussion is quite difficult!

Otherwise we've had some magic happening in our home.
CHRISTMAS IS MAGICAL!
Here, Ryan is reading Christmas books to his brothers.  They went through every book and we have lots of Christmas books!
I'm always up for a garland...and thanks to Erica, we made this super cute ornament garland!  LOVE love it!
Our boys rotate helping to place the star! And on the left, Ryan went and did his homework under the tree lights, all other lights off:)

Our 2011 tree!
More garland!

Our baby proof felt gingerbread house ornaments that we made last year and the boys all got cowboy boot ornaments for our Thanksgiving trip to Kansas!

And here is a little thing we're doing this year to promote acts of kindness and service!

Merry Christmas!

Turkey Bowl...every day!

We didn't just have one Turkey Bowl on Thanksgiving...it lasted a week!
And we got some really fun pictures!

MY FAVORITE ONE...Sean actually did catch this one!

Love the aggression on Ryan's face!  He's never gotten over hot headed when playing sports before...
but he did this week...and it was fun to see him so fired up!
