Twilight Birthday!

Happy Birthday Ryan!  

Ryan too had a birthday...but it was squished onto a Twilight Camp Week and Scott and I left for New York a few days later.  Then I was onto Girls Camp stuff...so he didn't have a party.  I'm thinking we might do something along those lines in August.  The first picture is so funny to us.  All four boys laying in our bed watching a show.

So Ryan's birthday was the first day of five days of Cub Scout Twilight Camp.  This meant he got to be a Bear Scout {completely missing his wolf year at camp}..and his first time getting to go to camp!
He got to have a friend over to play during the day and then Twilight Camp.

Here are a few highlights from the first two days of camp when I got to come help out.

They were supposed to go across with closed eyes this time.

By the end of the week they got to go to Monkey Canyon, Archery, BBGuns, Ultimate Frisbee, Tribal Warrior Training - making PVC pipe guns for nerf bullets, and so much more!

Ryan is a great 9 year old! He does a great job helping mom and dad.  He has a great sense of humor accompanied by an even better laugh/giggle.  He has fallen more in love with Baseball after the Baseball camp he got to go to as a Birthday present from Grandma and Grandpa. We love you Ryan and are so grateful you are our firstborn!  We feel honored to be  your parents and love watching you learn and grow.  Cheers to Nine Years...and can't wait for the next 9 and more!
