Day 1: garage door broke...stuck at home on the sunny day of Spring Break...but the kids got to play outside with friends...their favorite:)
Kyle falls asleep on dad during Scriptures.
Day Two: Fairytale Town! We haven't been in years. It was sprinkling on us almost the whole time...perfect because that meant we had almost the whole place to ourselves and my #4 could be free to roam and play to his hearts content. We pretty much followed him around.
Crooked Mile was the favorite of the day!
The cheese shot. Love these!
When we saw the ducks we all got so excited for Cade to see them, a little too excited and we chased them up some stairs and a few baby ducks struggled to hop up. Oops.
With the rain wetness on the metal slide...The Old Lady's shoe slide was super fast! Especially with Sean's sports pants...He pretty much flew down! Actually almost knocked me over the first time he came so crazy fast and flew off into my legs! It took several tries to get him into the picture.
As we were leaving, I gasped as I saw two pink dogwood trees right in front of me! This one was so so so gorgeous! It had just bloomed, the other one's flowers were almost open, but not quite. I still love the white, but this tree was so pretty and it was big too! I think I need one in my yard!
Then we stopped to get Ryan's ProZ yoyo...Sean had been waiting for his Birthday yoyos for a while. Yoyos are all the craze at our school.
Day 3: yoyo practice...lots! We took videos too. We'll have to upload.Day 4: Pizza Pretzels for dinner...rain and afternoon sunshine = lots of playtime!
We had lots of rain. Some really hard rain, lightning, and hail. I loved it!
Now I think we're officially warming up.
Fun week with the kiddos even though our Friday trip to the Children's Museum got cancelled when my Van Battery was dead, trapped again! Oh well, lots more playtime with friends.

Grandma Dot said, "Good girl, good girl," in her Grandma Dot giggle voice. Carrie is a good girl for keeping us so up to date!!!! WE LOVE al the fun photos!
We are having a great time with Grandma Dot! And we can't wait to see you all soon! Well, not soon enough. Love all those big boy helpers!!!
Look at those faces.
Look at those boys.
Look at those parents.
Look at those dogwoods.
Look at all the love.
Wow.
Definately your yard needs a dogwood!
Only Carrie could find all the bright highlights of being trapped by circumstances beyond your control-you are one amazingly, postivie girl!
Fun times!! I still remember when Ryan was a toddler and we went there with you guys and we were at the shoes slide and as Ryan went down I was at the end taking pictures and didn't catch him in time and he landed on his behind. He didn't like that too much.
Looks like it was fun roaming all around! :) Looking forward to seeing you guys!
